Email Management
I consistently manage email inbox to ensure all messages are answered and the inbox is at zero messages by the end of the day.
I do this by:
- Regularly checking
- Prioritizing emails based on importance and urgency
- Quick responses especially for emails that can be answered promptly or in a few sentences
- Utilizing labels and folders to categorize and store messages for easy reference
- Delegating emails appropriately especially if they require action from someone else on the team
- Extract tasks and integrate them into task or project management systems
- Follow up promptly which is achieved with reminders
- Time blocking so bigger and more important emails can be properly reviewed and handled without distractions
